A Right of Way Easement for Southern Pine Electric Co-op gives permission to place power lines across a parcel of property. The easement covers 15' on each side of a power line, totaling a 30' easement. Southern Pine Electric Co-op will maintain this by keeping trees, vines and any other obstructions from interfering with the power lines.
